1. How do I return my Bretley order?

within 7 days of delivery. Our support team will guide you through the process and provide a return label.
2. Can I exchange my Bretley watch for another model?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for your desired model and return your original order for a refund.
3. Can I return a product after 7 days?
No. We only accept returns within 7 days of delivery to maintain quality and authenticity control.
4. What should I do if my watch is defective or not working properly?
If your watch is defective or damaged upon delivery, contact us within 7 days. For issues after this period, please refer to our warranty policy or contact customer care for assistance.
5. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
